Dhanteras 2018: Biggest discounts, cashbacks on gold and silver jewellery

It's raining offers as Diwali 2018 festivities begin. Amazon, Flipkart, Shopclues, Tanishq, Gitanjali are offering huge discounts on gold, silver coins and jewellery, smartphones, cashbacks

E-commerce websites such as Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shopclues and jewellery brands have come up with special offers for Diwali and Dhanteras to attract consumers during the festive season. Dhanteras marks the beginning of the five-day festivities of Diwali. 

It's said to an auspicious occasion to purchase gold and silver. But, people also buy electronics, kitchenware etc nowadays.

Jewellery brand Tanishq has announced up to 25 per cent on gold and diamond ornaments. 

 

Amazon

Apart from discounts on the usual fare, Amazon India has come up with discounts of up to 20 per cent and cashbacks of up to Rs 1,500 on gold and silver coins. It has also put up gold and silver jewellery on sale for discounts of up to 50 per cent on making.

 

Flipkart

On Flipkart, the Big Diwali Sale will be on from 1st to 5th November 2018. It has come up with Dhanteras and Diwali offers on TV, refrigerator, washing machines and other small home appliances like mixer grinder, iron box, water purifier and more from some of the best brands online. 

It's offering double door refrigerators from brands like Samsung, Whirpool, Haier, etc, at prices as low as Rs 17,999. Under washing machines, front load washing machines start at Rs.12,499, top load washing machine from Rs.5799. 

There are up to 60 per cent discounts on several brands of LED TVs too.

Shopclues

On Shopclues.com, Gitanjali is offering discounts of up to 70 per cent on gold and diamond jewellery and up to 50 per cent off on silver jewellery.

 

Snapdeal

Snapdeal has launched a 'Dhanteras' Store. The store has a range of gold and silver coins, fine jewellery from TBZ and Bluestone, gold and silver plated gifts, cookware, dinnerware, electronic appliances, mobiles, tablets, and more.

It is offering up to 20 per cent off on gold coins and bars and a minimum of 60 per cent discount on gemstones.

Another innovative product is an LCD Writing Pad - this e-writer is a substitute for paper and a must-have for the eco-conscious.

In addition to these offers, Citi Bank credit card users will save more with a 15 per cent cashback offer which is available during this sale.
