Here is the full text of the CBI special court's 1,522-page judgment in the 2G spectrum scam case, delivered on December 21

The long-awaited verdict in the so-called 2G spectrum scam was pronounced by the CBI special court of judge O P Saini on Thursday. The court's verdict held the accused, including former Telecom minister A Raja and DMK member Kanimozhi not guilty. The judge wrote, "I have absolutely no hesitation in holding that the prosecution has miserably failed to prove any charge against any of the accused, made in its well choreographed charge sheet."

The court also ordered the accused to furnish bail bonds of the sum Rs 5 lakh for appearance before the appellate court, as and when required.
