At a press conference in Thiruvananthapuram today, Mani said he would present the state Budget for 2015-16.
"My life is an open book. I have been serving the state for the last 50 years as an MLA and as a minister handling various portfolios. I'm the only legislator in the country having got elected from the same Assembly segment continuously for 12 times. There is a high-level conspiracy in leveling allegations against me," he said.
Meanwhile, Opposition LDF has already announced they would not allow Mani to present the Budget. However, Mani said it would be anti- democratic as he is the finance minister of the UDF ministry.
