Petrol prices were a cut for the fifth consecutive day on Monday. The revised price in Delhi is Rs 75.69 in Delhi a litre. Diesel prices were also down by up to 10 paise across the country.

According to the revised rates announced by the Indian Oil Corporation, prices of non-branded petrol in other metro cities, applicable from 6:00 am on Monday, were Rs 78.37 per litre in Kolkata, Rs 83.30 per litre in Mumbai and Rs 78.55 per litre in Chennai.

On Sunday, petrol was priced at Rs 75.79 per litre in Delhi, Rs 78.47 per litre in Kolkata, Rs 83.44 per litre in Mumbai and Rs 78.65 per litre in Chennai.

The price of diesel was cut for the third consecutive day. In Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai, it was sold at Rs 67.48, Rs 70.03, Rs 71.66 and Rs 71.22.
