Overcrowding and constant chatting among accused and their visitors today invited sharp reactions from the special CBI judge, who asked them to maintain peace during future proceedings in the 2G spectrum case.
"Why so many people are there in the court and why they are talking all the time?" Special CBI Judge OP Saini asked.
Former Telecom Minister and key accused A Raja replied the judge's query saying "all the people are not with me".
The court, which took strong note of the disturbances posed during the conduct of the proceedings, asked the accused and others to behave in future.
Despite the presence of a few journalists inside the courtroom, Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Usman Balwa sought to blame the media for the disturbances.
"Sit silently. I am not able to concentrate on the proceedings," the judge said. A man was shown the door by Saini as he was caught talking during the hearing.
Vijay Agarwal, the counsel for Balwa, assured the judge that they would not do anything which may create disturbance.
All the accused, journalists and even advocates were today frisked before being allowed to enter and witness the proceedings in the case following the yesterday's bomb blast outside the Delhi High Court.
