Austria to open trade office in Hyd

Advantage Austria Marketing Office would be opened in Hyderabad shortly to enhance the trade between Austria and Andhra Pradesh, said deputy Austrian Trade Commissioner in India Markus Haas. He said Austria and India enjoyed economic relations going back several decades. Austria’s main exports to India include machinery and engineering goods, special vehicles, iron and steel, chemical products, plastics, and pharmaceuticals.

India exported garments and textiles, machinery, vehicles, pharmaceuticals, shoes, coffee, tea and spices to Austria, a release said.
