The CVC has gathered more than 5,000 documents including contract, payment and third party inspection report details from various civic and construction agencies in connection with alleged corruption in the conduct of Commonwealth Games.
Besides records have been collected from the Games Organising Committee office and are being examined by the CWC. The Commission is considering to upload these documents on its website.
"Our teams are regularly visiting OC headquarters and gathering information on the basis of corruption complaints and cases being investigated by us. We have collected about 5,050 or so odd official papers in connection with our probe," a CVC official said.
He said the documents are being scanned and will soon be put on the Commission portal.
The anti-corruption watchdog is enquiring into over 30 complaints of graft in Municipal Corporation of Delhi, new Delhi Municipal Council, Delhi Development Authority, Public Works Department, Sports Ministry, Delhi Government and OC among others.
The Commission has seized papers like initial offers floated for construction, consortium (which undertook the job) information, hiring of equipment, overlay materials and employment details beside others.
Comptroller and Auditor General of India, the High Level Committee under the Chairmanship of V K Shunglu, Income Tax department and Central Bureau of Investigation are also looking into various aspects of fraud and criminal conspiracy in the conduct of mega sporting event held here last year.
