Real estate developers Eldeco is coming with the 85-acre residential township in Jalandhar, which the company claims to be the first planned integrated township in the city. The project is second by Eldeco Group in Punjab. The proposed township is going to offer a range of housing options like built-up villas, low-rise floors, plots, and high-end apartments. This township will also offer plots for shopping facility, schools, in a secure and well-maintained environment. All this will be set amidst wide roads; broad walks, parks and play areas for children.
The township offers several residential options like villas offering 2 to 6 bedroom on plots ranging from 167 to 259 sq. yards, fully independent floors with only one apartment per floor, and plots for a non-conformist who has own individual design thoughts, needs freedom to build as per choice.
