TDSAT, which has been headless for sometime, today became even member-less as the lone serving member P K Rastogi has retired, a development that makes the tribunal unable to preside matters filed by telecom and broadcasting firms for now.

Rastogi, the lone presiding member today hung his boots after serving three years at Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal.

The tribunal, which has a sanctioned strength of three members including one Chairman and two members, was functioning without any head since November 2012 after its Chairman Justice S B Sinha retired.
