Justice S B Sinha joins TDSAT as Chairman
Justice S B Sinha, a former judge of the Supreme Court, today joined the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) as its Chairman.
He had retired from the Supreme Court on August 8 this year after serving seven years as a judge.
Justice Sinha was also the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court.
Justice Sinha succeeds Arun Kumar who retired in September.
