The Delhi-based Omaxe Constructions has bagged the 85-acre plot of land at Greater Noida for its Omega Township project for Rs 104 crore.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) had earlier invited bids for various plots of land in the area to private developers.

This was the biggest plot of land and was put on the block for the second time since bids received earlier were below the reserve price.
