Delhi chief Sheila Dikshit on Thursday reiterated that the capital, presently Union Territory, should have more administrative powers, if not full statehood, and also better coordination among all agencies in the NCR that overlaps three other states for effective governance.
She noted certain issues like law and order, land and traffic for the state, are presently controlled by central Home Ministry.
