The campus, developed on 92 acres, has twin towers Aanamudi and Ponmudi. The two stories of the fully furnished and gold rated green building have been fully occupied by 22 IT companies and one more storey will be made available for smart business centre.
The third phase has shopping malls, commercial complex, executive hotel facilities, star hotel, convention centre and multiplex.
"Once Phase III is fully operational, Technopark will have a total of 7.1 million square feet of built up area (Phase I, II, III and the building at Kollam Technopark inclusive), making it the biggest IT park in the country. Once fully occupied, Technopark Phase III will provide direct employment to over 75,000 IT professionals and indirect employment to over 300,000 people," said Technopark CEO, KG Girish Babu.
