Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released the provisional seat allotment results for Andra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) 2017. Candidates who have appeared for and cleared the exam can check their results on the official website of the council apeamcet.nic.in.
 
The combined engineering and agriculture examination was held from April 24, 2017 to April 27, 2017 in two slots from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and the agriculture entrance on April 28.  The results for the exam were declared on May 6, 2017.
 
Candidates have to report through self-reporting system at the allotted college along with the allotment order.
 
AP EAMCET
The examination is a prerequisite for admission into various engineering, agricultural and pharmacy courses offered in university / private colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh, except Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Candidates have to be either intermediate or its equivalent to appear for EAMCET (Engineering Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test).
 
AP EAMCET was held from April 24 to April 27, 2017 in two slots from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. The combined engineering and agriculture exam was held from April 24 to 28, 2017 and the agriculture entrance was conducted on April 28. The results for the same were declared on May 6.
 
About 1,98,064 students registered for the exam from engineering stream out of which 1.6 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. Reportedly, 80,735 registered from the agriculture stream out of which more than 81,000 appeared in the exam.
 
College-wise allotment for AP EAMCET 2017
The candidates who have registered for the admission into colleges in Andhra Pradesh can check the college-wise allotment for AP EAMCET 2017. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to:
1.Visit the official website for AP EAMCET, apeamcet.nic.in
2.Click on the notification for “College-wise Allotment Details”.
3.Enter your preferred college name and branch in the fields provided.
4.Click on Show Allotment
5.Scroll down the list to check name, rank and hall ticket number.
6.Save and download the page
7.Take a print out for further reference
 
The candidates have to report through self-reporting system and report at the allotted college also with allotment order. If the candidate does not, then the seat would be forfeited and the candidate will have no claim for further allotment of seats. The candidates allotted a seat as per AP EAMCET seat allotment 2017 are required to report to the allotted college on or before June 29, 2017.
 
AP EAMCET counselling
The counselling commenced on June 8, 2017 with the certificate verification process. The qualified candidates had to report to the designated help line centers (HLCs) according to their EAMCET ranks to get their certificates verified. The document verification process ended on June 20, 2017. The candidates had to indicate the preference of course and institution from June 11, 2017 to June 20, 2017, based on which AP EAMCET seat allotment was to be declared.
 
Candidates were allowed to make changes in the entered options on June 21, 2017 and June 22, 2017. The seat allotment was scheduled to for June 25, 2017.
