"We are confident that all issues will be addressed and the alliance is expected to take shape in two-three days. We want (party President) Rajnath Singh to formally announce it and we have conveyed the same to him," BJP state unit president Pon Radhakrishnan told reporters here.
After much hide-and-seek, actor-politician Vijayakanth, founder of DMDK, finally announced last evening that his party will forge an alliance in Tamil Nadu and has started discussions with BJP.
PMK has also started talks for seat-sharing agreement with BJP, which which had already roped in Vaiko-led MDMK, IJK and some other smaller outfits.
