Congress seemed to be staring at a complete rout in BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's home turf of Gujarat, where trends available till noon showed BJP is leading in all 26 Lok Sabha seats.

It seems people have voted in unison to turn into reality their son-of-soil's dream to attain the PM's chair.

Among prominent candidates, Modi himself is leading by over four lakh votes in Vadodara constituency, while BJP patriarch Advani is also ahead of his rival in his traditional Gandhinagar seat.
