After planning to address 185 'Bharat Vijay' rallies across the country, Narendra Modi, the Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate, might address rallies in a virtual avatar, too.

Gujarat BJP sources say if things turn out as planned, Modi will address people in about 500 constituencies simultaneously, using 3D holographic projection technology. "We will use 3D holographic technology for the Lok Sabha elections, as we did during the 2012 Assembly polls," said Gujarat BJP spokesperson Vijay Rupani.

He added Modi would use this medium to address rallies in the state once the nominations in the state were filed.
