The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), today said it has resolved 281 investor complaints against 194 companies in May, including complaints brought forward from the previous periods.
During the month, the Exchange received 230 complaints against 165 listed companies, a press release issued here stated.
The complaints received are for non-receipt of money, non-receipt of equity shares, non-receipt of debt securities, non-receipt of corporate benefits, non-receipt of interest for delay in (refunds, dividends, interest on debt security, redemption of debt security, securities) and others which includes non-adherence to corpoate governance norms, the release said.
The company with the highest number of complaints pending against it as at end-May is Vatsa Corporation with 1,059 complaints.
