"Our decision to have an alliance with Force Motors addresses the strategic deliverables of a steady and assured inflow of financing volumes, while ensuring risk mitigation through a mutual understanding on risk containment by both parties" Cholamandalam DBS Managing Director Atul Pande said in a company statement here.
"We believe that such an alliance will be win-win situation for the customer, manufacturer and the financier as we can now reach tailored finance products to our customers" Force Motors, Director, Sudhir Mehta said.
Cholamandalam DBS is a joint venture between the Murugappa Group and DBS Bank of Singapore. The company offers financial services like personal loans, vehicle finance, home equity loans, securities broking and distribution of investmen and insurance products, the release added.
