Corporation Bank launches three new schemes for limited period

The schemes are viz Bumper Car Carnival, Current Account Premium Variants, Corp Global Current Account for exporters, importers

Mangalore-based public sector lender Corporation Bank on Friday launched three new schemes – Bumper Car Carnival, Current Account Premium Variants – Corp Club and Corp Privilege and Corp Global Current Account for exporters and importers.

“Bumper Car Carnival” is a short-term promotional offer launched by the Bank for financing new four wheelers. The Bank is offering 10.40% per annum interest for a period up to seven years. The processing charges are fully waived under the scheme. It is a limited period offer for 15 days until March 15, the Bank said in a statement.

The Bank has come out with two new Premium Variants in the Current Account segment – ‘Corp Privilege’ and ‘Corp Club’ with a number of add-ons and freebies. The minimum Quarterly Average Balance (QAB) to be maintained by the customer for ‘Corp Privilege’ is Rs 20.50 lakh and for ‘Corp Club’ is Rs one lakh.

Under the above schemes, the Bank is offering free benefits like SMS Alerts, NEFT/RTGS, Account Statement by Email among others.

The Bank has come out with a special current account for exporters and importers – ‘Corp Global Current Account’. This current account is specially designed for the Forex clients who do not enjoy any credit limits. In this scheme also there are two variants with QAB of Rs 2.50 lakh and Rs one lakh respectively.
