 "Deutsche MF introduce new debt scheme")
Deutsche Asset Management India today launched a new scheme 'DWS Medium Term Income Fund', which is an open-ended debt scheme, a company release said.
The new fund offer, which has opened today, will close for subscription on March 4, 2014.
As per the fund house, the investment objective of the fund is to generate income and capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of high quality debt securities and money market instruments.
"The DWS Medium Term Income Fund is an ideal investment solution for investors, given the backdrop of recent volatility in bond markets and a deteriorating credit environment," Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Asset Management India, Suresh Soni said.
