Customers of IDBI Bank can now search for the nearest branch or ATM on Google Maps using an application the bank's website. Customers can now locate over 998 branches and 1592 ATMs of the bank across India and UAE with the help of this application.
Using this facility, customers can get the location, facilities available within the branch and direction on how to reach the particular branch (map and milestone description).
The initiative was officially launched by R M Malla, CMD, IDBI Bank Ltd, said a press release issued by the bank.
