Income Tax sleuths have been conducting raids in 20 premises of BJP leader, Amarpreet Singh Kale including in Jamshedpur, Ranchi and Kolkata today.
Twenty teams of Income Tax (Investigation) sleuths comprising from Jharkhand and Bihar have been conducting the raids in the office, business establishments of Kale, who is the spokesman of BJP Jharkhand Committee, IT sources here said.
The raids were being conducted over tax evasion case, sources said.
We have seized some documents and verifying it, sources said refusing the divulge details of the recovery.
The raids is continuing and may continue till tomorrow, sources added.
Kale was a close aide of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda.
