Are you not happy with the services being offered by State Bank of India ? Do not worry; you are just one SMS away from getting your grievances addressed.

As part of its plan to provide seamless and hassle free customer service, SBI, the largest public sector bank, today launched an innovative SMS ‘unhappy’ service in Orissa circle. Shiva Kumar, chief general manager (CGM), SBI, Orissa circle, launched the service at the Bhubaneswar main branch premises. Under the scheme, the customers of SBI in Orissa will be able to register their grievances by merely SMS-ing ‘unhappy’ to a designated mobile number. (9437141414). The message along with the mobile number, date and time of the message will be automatically registered in the Central server at the SBI’s local head office (LHO).

It may be noted that the bank had introduced a similar system in Lucknow circle earlier, but this time the system has been further improved.
