Punjab National Bank (PNB) opened its 88th branch in Orissa at the campus of the city-based Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Deemed to be University on Monday. This is the bank's seventh branch in the city. The branch was inaugurated by Prof Manoj Ranjan Nayak, President of the university in the presence of the bank's head of Orissa circle, B P Ray, assistant general manager A K Pradhan and several senior officials of the bank. Gopabandhu Kar, Managing Member of the University, B K Sarap, Deputy Chairman of the university, B B Pradhan, registrar, Manas Kumar Mallick, director (admissions) were also present on the occasion. Earlier on Saturday, the bank had opened its 87 th branch at Jajpur Road.
