RBI to keep MSF facility open today, tomorrow

With two-days left for payment of second tranche of advance tax, Reserve Bank of India will keep its Marginal Standing Facility (MSF) open today and on Sunday for banks to draw funds.

Banks can borrow funds at 10.25% from this window to meet financing needs when the liquidity is tight.
