Vijaya Bank sets Rs 1.26 lakh crore business target

Vijaya Bank has set a target of 21 per cent growth in its overall business for 2010-11 to reach the Rs 1,26,000 crore mark.

The bank's current year goals under various business segments and other key parameters were firmed up at its Annual Business Plan conference held here today, it said in a statement.

The target of Rs 1,26,000 crore business comprised of Rs 74,000 crore of deposits and Rs 52,000 crore of advances, it said.

In 2009-10, Vijaya Bank's aggregate business crossed the land mark Rs 1,00,000 crore level to reach Rs 1,03,911 crore, with a net profit of Rs 507 crore.
