ACC Appointments

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following appointments:-

(i) Shri Satyanarayan Mohanty, IAS(AP:80), Secretary, National Disaster Management Authority, Ministry of Home Affairs as Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development vice Shri Ashok Thakur, IAS(HP:77) on his retirement on 30.9.2014.

(ii)Shri Surjit Kumar Chaudhary, IAS(TN: 80), Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs as Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vice Shri Indrajit Pal, IAS(AP:77) on his retirement on 30.9.2014.

(iii)Smt. Aradhana Johri, IAS(UP:80), Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers as Secretary, Department of Disinvestment , Ministry of Finance vice Shri Ravi Mathur, IAS (RJ:79) on his retirement on 30.9.2014.

(iv)Shri V.K. Subburaj, IAS (TN:80), Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Castes as Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vice Smt. Aradhana Johri, IAS(UP:80) on her relinquishing the charge of the post.

(v)Smt. Kusumjit Sidhu, IAS(PB:79), Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises as Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice vice Smt. Anita Kaul, IAS(KN:79) on her retirement on 30.9.2014.

(vi)Shri Kapil Dev Tripathi, IAS(AM:80), Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission as Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises vice Smt. Kusumjit Sidhu, IAS(PB:79), on her relinquishing the charge of the post..

(vii)Shri R. Vijaykumar, IAS(TN:78), Secretary, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes as Secretary, Ministry of DONER vice Shri Rajiv Takru, IAS(GJ:79).
