India moving towards holistic disaster management, says MoS (Home) Haribhai P. Chaudhary Shri Haribhai P. Chaudhary inaugurates two-day Roundtable Meetings on 'Innovations in Technologies for Disaster Rescue Efforts amongst Asia-Europe Meeting Countries'

The Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary has said India was moving towards a holistic disaster mitigation and management action plan. Inaugurating the two-day Roundtable Meetings here today on Innovations in Technologies for Disaster Rescue Efforts amongst Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) countries, the Minister said that it was the primary duty of the state and the community to save lives whenever a natural calamity strikes.
