Ministry to work as a facilitator in the developmental process: Shri Prakash Javedekar; Minister launches smart e-Book of the Ministry

Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Shri Prakash Javedekar said that the ministry will work as a facilitator in pursuing the goal of sustainable development by bring in transparency , removing bottlenecks and encouraging people's participation.
