There are many simple methods using which one can detoxify his or her body. Consuming a glass of warm water with a slice of lemon in it every morning helps detox the body naturally. Ginger also filled with antioxidants helps improves digestion and detox the body naturally.

There are some other simple tips to detoxify and rejuvenate the body naturally. The foremost being drinking plenty of water, drink at least 8-9 glasses of water every day. This will not only help keep one hydrated but also will help nourish organs and remove toxins from the body. Another simple tip is to spend time in nature away from the pollution and population. This will help one help relax mentally and physically and also revitalise oneself and help think positively. Finally consuming less of toxins through cutting down consumption of junk food, fats, deep fried foods, sweets, caffeine, cigarettes and alcohol and increasing intake of fresh fruits and vegetables can go a long way in detoxifying the body.
