President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday condemned the Istanbul airport terror attack and urged the world to remain united "in its resolve to fight terrorism".
"I strongly condemn the terrorist attack on the Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul," Mukherjee said in a statement.
"India reiterates its solidarity with the people of Turkey in this difficult hour. Our heart and prayers are with the bereaved families as well as those injured in the attacks," he said.
At least 41 persons were killed and over 145 others injured in gun and bomb attack at Europe's third busiest airport on Tuesday night.
