Passengers were unable to book tickets and make changes to reservations on Vistara for a brief period on Thursday afternoon because of a glitch in the reservation system. The glitch in the Amadeus reservation system impacted airlines around the world, including Vistara. In a notification to passengers Vistara said it was unable to assist customers with new bookings or change existing bookings. The issue was resolved in the evening. "All operations are normal now," Vistara said.
