Indian School of Business here has launched a module on media and entertainment for the PGP students. The course aims at helping students learn more about the media and entertainment industry. It will also explain the role of MBA in the media industry and its various verticals.
The module will focus on the Indian media and entertainment industry, regulatory framework, handling and leveraging media in a company, entertainment consulting, film financing, distribution and display and the legal side of the film industry. It will also delve into the impact of technology in media, emerging business opportunities, new media and its implications in India, growth, outsourcing, media sales and others.
