In 2015, 3G traffic growth touched 85 per cent year-on-year triggered by expansion of the new generation of mobile telecom technology and device availability, says a Nokia MBiT Report. According to the report, which tracks the mobile broadband traffic growth in India, monthly 3G data usage in 2015 surpassed the 750 MB mark, with 3G data traffic outpacing 2G for the first time across all circles.
