8K Miles Software Services, Apollo Hospitals, Shree Cement, Himatsingka Seide and Gayatri Projects are among 70 stocks hit their respective 52-week high on the BSE after the benchmark Sensex rallied over 400 points in intra-day trade today.

Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals, TV Today Network, Avanti Feeds, FDC, Mangalam Drugs & Organics and Unichem Laboratories are other notable stocks hits 52-week high on the BSE.

At 12:07 pm, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 386 points or 1.5% at 26,607. It hit high of 26,649 and rallied 428 points in intra-day trade on the BSE.

8K Miles Software Services has rallied 15% to Rs 1,625, also its lifetime high on the BSE. The stock of the leading global cloud & security solutions company has outperformed the market by surging 91% from Rs 849 on July 8, 2015 after reported a more-than-100% growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 7.22 crore for the quarter ended June 2015. It had profit of Rs 3.15 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The company will announce its July-September (Q2) quarter results on October 8, 2015.

Gayatri Projects has surged 7% to Rs 551, extending its past one month over 20% gain on the BSE. The stock of construction & engineering company rallied 36% from Rs 406 on September 1, compared to 3.5% rise in the Sensex.

On September 14, the company announced that Thermal Powertech Corporation India (TPCIL) - a joint venture between Gayatri Energy Ventures Pvt. Ltd., & SembCorp, has successfully commenced full commercial operations, following the completion of its second 660-megawatt (MW) unit in Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The 1,320-megawatt coal-fired power plant comprises two units of 660 MW each.
