Aluminium up 0.3% on firm global cues
Firming domestic market demand supported the trade
Press Trust of India New Delhi At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in March edged higher by 30 paise, or 0.29%, to Rs 103.50 per kg in business turnover of 514 lots.
Similarly, the metal for delivery in April traded higher by 25 paise, or 0.24%, to Rs 105.20 per kg in 80 lots.
Firming domestic market demand and speculators creating positions supported the trade.
At the London Metal Exchange (LME), aluminium climbed 0.3% to $1,942 a tonne.
