Asian markets flat in early trades

The Asian markets today morning have opened on a flat note.

The Hang Seng has added 115 points to 19,877 while the Nikkei has slipped 16 points to 10,198.

The Shanghai Composite has increased 24 points to 2,869.

The Taiwan Weighted Index has added 50 points to 7,153.

The Straits Times is flat at 2,607 and the Seoul Composite on the other hand is down 11 points at 1,602.
