Asian markets flat; Nikkei up 45pts

The Hangseng is down two points at 22,040. The Nikkei has gained 45 points at 13,589.

The Taiwan Weighted index has advanced 11 points to 7,559. The Straits Times index has moved up six points to 2,962.

The Shanghai Composite index has slipped 21 points to 2,728. The Seoul Composite index is down two points at 1,682.
