Asian markets open higher

The Asian markets have opened in the green. The  Hang Seng is quoting at 20,210, stronger by 159 points or 0.8% and Nikkei is at 9,542, higher by six points.

Taiwan Weighted is at 7,634, stronger by 26 points or 0.3%, Seoul Composite is at 1,706, higher by seven points or 0.4% and Straits Times is at 2,905, up eight points or 0.3%.

Shanghai Composite is flat, with a positive bias, at 2,418.
