Bharti Infratel Ltd's initial public offering of over 18.89 crore equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each opens for subscription on December 11.
The issue will constitute 10 per cent of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company, its Chairman Rakesh Bharti Mittal told reporters here today.
The price band has been fixed between Rs 210 and Rs 240 per share, he said.
The company's Chief Financial Officer Pankaj Miglani was also present at event.
The issue will close on December 14 for non-institutional bidders and retail individual investors and on December 13 for QIB bidders.
The issue comprises a fresh issue of over 14.62 crore equity shares of the company and an offer of sale of over 4.26 crore equity shares by certain shareholders.
