The stock opened 20% lower at Rs 129, after falling 20% on Tuesday. It close at Rs 161 on June 6, 2017.
The pharmaceuticals company yesterday after market hours said there is no sensitive news to disseminate relating to stock of the company.
The company is doing its business as per business prudence on a normal basis, it added.
Bliss GVS Pharma said it noticed a negative comment about the promoter posted by an unknown person in moneycontrol public portal is false and baseless.
In past one-year, the stock had zoomed 123% as compared to 17% rise in the S&P BSE Sensex till Monday.
The trading volumes on the counter jumped more than five-fold with a combined 8.27 million shares representing 8% of total equity of Bliss GVS Pharma have changed hands on the NSE and BSE.
At 2:00 pm the stock was trading flat, up 1.8% at Rs 163.7 as compared to 0.06% rise in BSE Sensex.
