Castor seed
Castor seed prices are trading in the narrow range since the past four to six weeks, despite lower production and good demand for oil in the international market. Currently, prices are trading at the lower end of the range but expected to trade higher towards Rs 3,950 per quintal in the coming days as buying emerges on lower levels. One can buy around Rs 3,875 levels for a target of Rs 3,950-3,970 per quintal.
Turmeric
Turmeric prices are currently trading at Rs 6,981 per quintal in Nizamabad market. Arrivals of new crop continues and demand is weak, which could keep pressure on prices. Prices are expected to move towards Rs 6,900 per quintal in the coming days.
