Copper prices recovered by Rs 2 per kg on the local non-ferrous metal market today on fresh industrial demand, amid firming global trend.
Traders said increased offtake by consuming industries and report of firming trend in global markets, mainly helped copper prices to recover.
In the national capital, copper wire scrap, copper wire bar and copper mixed scrap were up by Rs 2 each to Rs 480, Rs 503 and Rs 464 per kg, respectively.
