Cotton prices to rise despite higher output
"Sellers are holding stock for higher prices. This has reduced daily arrivals to about 40,000 bales today from 55,000 bales two weeks ago. The situation may push prices up in 3-4 days," said analyst Samir Ghosh at Kotak & Co.
