Gram, its dal up on retailers demand

In restricted activity, gram and its dal prices rose by up to Rs 25 per quintal in the wholesale pulses market today on pick-up in retailers demand.

Traders said pick-up in retailers demand against limited arrivals mainly led to rise in gram and its dal prices.

In the national capital, gram rose by Rs 15 to Rs 2,315-2,340, while its dal local and best quality were up by Rs 25 each to Rs 2,675-2,690 and Rs 2,775-2,875 per quintal, respectively.
