Gur down 1.2% on rising stocks

December contract also slided by 1.1%

Gur prices softened by Rs 13.50 to Rs 1,048.50 per 40 kg in futures trading today on speculators booking profits tracking weak physical markets cues.

At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, gur price for March contract fell by Rs 13.50, or 1.27%, to Rs 1,048.50 per 40 kg with an open interest of 2,020 lots.

December contract also slided by Rs 11.50, or 1.16%, to Rs 981 per 40 kg, showing an open interest of 4,750 lots.
