Hindalco Gdr Surges 5.37%

The Instanex Skindia DR Index (ISDI) remained more or less unchanged at 522.25 on Friday compared to its previous close. Among Indian global depository receipts (GDRs), four advanced and one lost ground.

The major gainers were Hindalco (up 5.37 per cent to $12.70), Reliance (up 1.72 per cent to $12.40) and ITC (up 0.37 per cent to $13.45) and the only losers was L&T (down 2.10 per cent to $7.93).

On February 20, among the 11 Indian ADRs, five advanced, three lost ground and three remained unchanged. The major gainers were Silverline (up 10.20 per cent to $0.57), Dr. Reddy
