HOV Services is locked in upper circuit of 5% at Rs 83.25 on BSE after the company said SourceHOV LLC has appointed Morgan Stanley & Co to explore various strategic options. SourceHOV LLC is jointly owned by Citigroup Venture Capital International and HOV Services.
According to media reports, private equity majors Apax Partners, Carlyle Group and Baring Asia are among the bidders who have placed initial bids to acquire business process outsourcing company SourceHOV.
HOV Services through its US based wholly owned subsidiary holds about 27.2 % shares of SourceHOV Inc.
At 0930 hours, a combined around 30,000 shares changing hands and there are pending buy orders for 35,000 shares on the counter on the BSE and NSE.
