Deeksha Holding Ltd, a Lalit Suri-promoted company, has made a voluntary offer to acquire 8.28 per cent of the equity of Bharat Hotels Ltd at Rs 28 a share, payable in cash. The offer opens on October 17, 2002 and will not be conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance.
Lalit Suri, Ramesh Suri, Jyotsna Suri, Ritu Suri, Deeksha Suri, Keshav Suri, Responsible Builders Pvt. Ltd, Jyotsna Holding Pvt Ltd, Premium Exports Ltd, Premium Holdings Ltd and Mercantile Capital & Financial Services Ltd, Raj Kumari Nanda, Tika Hanuwant Singh are deemed to be persons acting in concert for this offer to the extent that they will neither offer their shares to the acquirer nor acquire further holding in Bharat Hotels Ltd through this offer.
